I am thankful to have you in the fold of wonderful people whom are interested in listening to Celtic music, and seeing the traditions continue! Celtic Music Night is a donation based series, and a s is tradition, each of these fun-filled evenings include a bagpipe procession, concert of music by a featured special guest artist, Q&A with the group, complimentary refreshments, and an open Celtic music jam session with the players afterward, and is open to ALL ages.
Starts at 7PM, and held in the Sanctuary of St Andrew Presbyterian Church of Aptos, 9850 Monroe Ave. Aptos, CA

Fantastically Fancy Dance Tunes!

Greetings my dear friends of Celtic Music Night! I hope this email finds you warm and cozy as the fall weather sets in!

Well, sip down a big cup of spiced cider, grab your coat, and get ready to head on down to St Andrew Church this Tuesday, because a whole lot more great Celtic Music is coming your way to warm you through and through, as The Fall Series continues THIS TUESDAY NIGHT! And just like the days, once they pass, they are gone forever, so come on out and enjoy!

First, I wanted to say a quick thanks so much to everyone who came out last Tuesday for The Invasion of the Scots to herald in the start of the coming series !!!

You’s were a lovely crowd, and it was a treat to hear such wonderful world-class poetry and song-craft in one night! And the fun continues….

THIS  Tuesday, November  14th, 7PM — David Brewer, bagpipe and whistle teacher from CMS camps, and performer with the Celtic groups  The Fire, & Molly’s Revenge, presenting a solo concert of traditional and modern tunes on several types of bagpipes and tin-whistles . David will literally light his fingers on fire, in a figurative way, with fantastically fancy dance tunes!

Featuring: David Sibbald,  visiting all the way from Scotland– past president of the Burns Society, and master orator of the works of Robert Burns (Scotland’s national poet & author of Auld Lang Syne), with the music of native Scot, Peter Daldry, singer, song-writer, guitarist– a true Scottish  balladeer , accompanied by David Brewer of The Fire & Molly’s Revenge, on tin-whistles, bodhran frame-drum, and bagpipes.

It is May, and  the Spring Series  of  Celtic   Music   Night  at St Andrew, is under Way ,  TOMORROW NIGHT! (did you catch the clever rhyme there? That just ain’t Right! 😉
