Celtic Music Night at St. Andrew is ON for TOMORROW NIGHT!
You heard right! 🙂 The Early Summer Series of Celtic Music Night continues this Tuesday, June 21st, and will end with the final of four in the series on June 28th, and this week and next having fabulous featured guests with concerts of music, refreshments, and open Celtic music jam sessions!
Thanks again Doris Williams and Karl Franzen for really lovely set of songs last week, and to all of you who came out to enjoy!
We all also had a terrific time over the weekend at the Santa Cruz Scottish Games & Renaissance festival– it was great to see some of you out there, but if you missed it, definitely check it out next year; the folks in charge are doing a great job organizing and growing the event!
I’m now up in the redwoods teaching at the Community Music School of Santa Cruz Teen Celtic Music Camp, so it’s already going to be a fun week, but I will indeed be heading down the mountain to see you all tomorrow in Aptos– it’s going to be grrrreeeeeeaaat! (great!) 🙂
Next up: TOMORROW NIGHT: Tuesday June 21st, 7pm: Mary Mc Laughlin, (Irish singer), Bruce Abrams, (Celtic guitarist), & Steve Coulter (Celtic harpist)
This is going to be a tremendous night of music, so do not miss it! Grab your friends and come down to listen to a trio of musicians whom are all masters of their craft! Mary, who is from Ireland and sings in Irish Gaelic as well as English will be making her second appearance for us here at Music Night but this time joined by the lads who should need no introduction– Bruce & Steve will set such a lovely backdrop to Mary’s singing, I can’t even imagine it, so I’m SO glad I will just be there to know how awesome that will be! 🙂
And more to come at CMN this month for the Early Summer Series !
Tuesday June 21st, 7pm: Mary Mc Laughlin, Bruce Abrams, & Steve Coulter,
Tuesday June 28th, 7pm: Peat-Fire Flames with Shauna Picket-Gordon and Colyn Fischer!
CMN’s Summer Season will run every Tuesday through June…at 7pm! SPREAD THE WORD!!!
Thank you SO MUCH for your support of our wonderful Celtic music scene of Santa Cruz everyone! Looking forward to seeing you all on Tuesday! 🙂
